I use a good primer with the shadows and I have not had much fallout with the colors and their staying power is pretty amazing. (I don't use any eyeshadow without a base. In case, you were thinking you need a primer/base to use them.) I am sure you can get away without using eyeshadow primer. I just choose to apply all of my eyeshadows with primer to make sure I have it set in place. I use primer when I use mac, urban decay etc. I just think it enhances the quality and staying power and PREVENTS CREASING. I am currently using urban decay primer potion with these shadows and they are fabulous !

i've actually have ZERO eye shadow palettes! i only have on eye shadow and it's brown. im 16 don't really have money of my own and because i live in guatemala i think shipping is expensive and i dont even know if they ship it here. neutral colors is MY style!! my whole room has a brown theme and i just love neutral. i would really like this palette to be my first palette :)
