Pure Goodness Hemp Protein Powder

I have been looking to amp up the protein in my diet and lower my carbohydrate intake. I want to do this in an effort to lose weight. I still have baby weight on me and my daughter is 15 months. So, I don't truly consider it baby weight anymore. And, I want it gone. But, I want to do so in a way that is healthy and not risky. No pills, no wraps, no gimmicks. Just plain old eating well and exercise (if my child lets me,lol)
